Serves 5 (roughly 4 tenders per serving)

  1. Marinate the Chicken Place chicken tenderloins in a bowl with pickle juice and season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Prepare the Coating In one bowl, whisk egg whites. In another bowl, crush the Quest chips and combine with cornstarch and grated parmesan. Optionally, blend together into a crumb.

  3. Bread the Chicken Remove chicken from marinade, dip each piece in egg white, then coat thoroughly in the chip mixture.

  4. Air Fry Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Cook tenders for 8 minutes, flip, then cook for another 5 minutes, or until crispy and cooked through.
