- 2 lbs ground beef (90/10)
- 1 16 oz jar salsa
- 12 burrito size tortillas
- 2 packets taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans
- Cilantro
- 1 red onion
- 8 oz shredded cheese w/Monterey Jack
Recipe
- Fully cook ground beef in a large skillet with a lid.
- Add taco seasoning and black beans.
- Cover skillet with lid and reduce heat to low. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Dice the red onion and chop the cilantro.
- Assemble!
